Recent work includes Not Okay for Searchlight Pictures Pictures & Hulu, starring Zoey Deutch, Dylan O'Brien, and newcomer Mia Isaac, as well as the third season of Peabody Award-winner Dickinson on Apple TV+. Previously, Mollie edited Someone Great, starring Gina Rodriguez, and The Incredible Jessica James, which premiered at the 2017 Sundance film festival. Mollie also edited Little Men, directed by Ira Sachs (Love is Strange). Little Men was praised by New York Magazine's culture blog Vulture, which excerpted what it called one of the best scenes of the year.
Mollie's first feature was Palindromes, for director Todd Solondz, which appeared at the Venice, New York, Telluride, and Toronto Film Festivals and was distributed by Wellspring.

She graduated from Yale University with a degree in American Studies & Film Studies. Mollie is represented by Tara Kromer at Gersh and is a member of the Editors' Guild.
